We are a community-based tourism company based in Kigali, Rwanda, connecting travelers with meaningful cultural and everyday life experiences across rural Rwanda while creating stories of connection, shared growth, and lasting impact through collaboration with local communities.

Isano Experiences and Tours Founded by passionate tourism professionals with "over 8 years of hands-on- experience in guiding, hospitality and cultural tourism, we bring deep knowledge and Genuine connections to every journey.

Through Isano, visitors don't just explore Rwanda — they engage with local families, learn traditional skills, share stories, and experience village life in a respectful and immersive way as well as promoting "Sustainable tourism".

We also offer unforgettable wildlife adventures, including gorilla trekking and savanna safaris, as well as visits to museums and other remarkable destinations across the country.

We believe tourism should create lasting impact.

That's why we work hand-in-hand with local communities to preserve culture while supporting sustainable development.

Our initiatives include education support for children in need and collaborative agricultural and livestock projects that strengthen skills, increase income opportunities, and promote self-reliance.

We are a registered tourism company in Rwanda, working closely with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) to ensure high service standards and responsible tourism practices.

❓ What is your cancellation policy?

14+ days before: full refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund, but you may reschedule subject to availability.

❓ Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! Groups of 4 or more receive a 10% discount. Contact us for a custom quote for larger groups.

❓ What should I pack?

Comfortable hiking shoes, light layers, rain jacket, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a camera. Detailed packing lists provided upon booking.

❓ Do I need a visa for Rwanda?

Most nationalities can obtain a visa online via the Rwanda Immigration portal. Some African citizens are visa‑free.

❓ Can I combine multiple tours?
